Stranger: Yes, but nowadays it's more of a joke than anything in the black metal scene. It was originally a sort of "trick" thing to make the "posers" (people who think they know a lot, but they don't) think they were all cool and stuff. Yes, you are correct, for the most part I guess. But then again I'm not a black metal historian.

Stranger: Yes, but nowadays it is seen as more of a joke than anything. It was taken to some seriousness at first, but then the Norwegians (originators of black metal) caught onto it and started mocking it without mercy. Don't ever use the word "nekr0KVLT", it will piss the "Tr00" people off. lol (The people who think they know a lot about it). The message informs the aesthetic.

Stranger: Not exclusively. The only "old stuff" I like is most classic/"old" metal and this guy (Jerry Clower). he's the only "old" comedian I like. All of the other ones are just genuinly NOT FUNNY. He's the only one I like from the "old times." I'm done.
